MEMBERSHIP
For families who want to lead with connection, not contention.
What does it mean to be a member of Relationship Capital?
Relationship Capital is a private, curated membership community for families in business, family enterprises, and family offices who want:
Better conversations
Stronger relationships
Smoother transitions
Shared experiences that matter
And a trusted circle where the human side of enterprise is not just allowed — it’s celebrated
We design immersive events, cohort circles, workshops, and story-driven experiences that help families deepen bonds, strengthen leadership, and navigate the complexities of working together across generations.
Every event and program is custom-built for the people who show up.
Membership is your invitation into that world.

1. To Strengthen Family Relationships
Families tell us they join because they want to talk more honestly, collaborate more smoothly, and build healthier relationships across generations.
Individuals join to pave the way for the rest of the family (or just to bolster their own sanity!)
2. To Build Confidence in Transitions
Succession, leadership changes, next-gen involvement — these things require more than legal documents. They require trust, conversation, and shared context. We create spaces for exactly that.
3. To Solve Real Family Enterprise Challenges
We create spaces where families can talk about:
Expectations
Identity
Conflict
Decision-making
Risk
Role clarity
Boundaries
Legacy
and walk away with wisdom, tools, and shared understanding.
4. To Learn Through Experience, Not Lectures
We blend immersive storytelling (Family Circus), experiential events, cohort paths, and salons that feel more like dinner parties than “programming.”
5. To Join a Community that Gets It
Running a family enterprise or family office is isolating.
In Relationship Capital, families meet others who understand the complexity — and the beauty — of stewarding something bigger than themselves. -
We cap Year One membership to protect intimacy, quality, and tailoring.
Vetting is first come, first served. If you don’t apply now, you will miss the 2026 cycle entirely.

Sub-communities
Sometimes, a group of people just needs their own category.
Savannah either builds or finds constellations of people who are likely to hit it off.
These get organized into sub-groups/sub-communities, like Family Circus, or Circus Builders, or the FAFO society, or High Sobriety, or the Patrons.
Sometimes these groups take on a life of their own.
At this time, all sub-groups are invite-only.
