Meet Our Founders
Savannah Suttle, MAMFT
Founder & Principal, Relationship Capital
Savannah Suttle is a family office principal, former therapist, serial entrepreneur, and creative fire-starter who helps families in enterprise reimagine what’s possible — together.
As the founder of Schema Consulting, she has spent nearly a decade guiding entrepreneurial families through succession planning, governance design, and the emotional undercurrents that shape business decision-making across generations. Her work has earned her a reputation as a translator between worlds — between generations, between structure and story, and between the boardroom and the dinner table.
Relationship Capital is the natural evolution of that work: a space for families to move beyond crisis management and into vibrance. With a background in marriage and family therapy, behavioral science, and multigenerational leadership, Savannah blends clinical insight with strategic vision. She creates brave, playful spaces where hard conversations can finally happen — and where legacy feels less like a burden and more like an invitation.
Through workshops, immersive experiences, and high-touch advisory work, she guides families, family offices, and their ecosystem of advisors toward clarity, connection, and generational alignment. Her work sits at the intersection of structure and soul.
Savannah lives in Seattle, travels often, and is fueled by strong coffee, irreverent humor, and a deep belief that relationship is the real capital that makes everything else worthwhile.
