Relationship Capital Community Guidelines
At Relationship Capital, we believe that the strength of our community is rooted not in wealth or status, but in the quality of our relationships. To protect the integrity of this space, all members agree to uphold the following values and practices:
Our Shared Commitments
Respect
Every person deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of age, role, culture, or perspective. We engage with curiosity, patience, and humility—even when we disagree.
Integrity
We honor our word and our commitments. Trust is our most valuable currency, and we build it by showing up authentically and following through consistently.
Dignity & Kindness
We recognize the humanity in one another. We assume positive intent, offer generosity of spirit, and treat each other as we would wish our own family to be treated.
Confidentiality
What is shared in the community stays in the community. Members must respect the privacy of conversations, gatherings, and personal stories. Breaches of confidentiality are grounds for removal.
Relationship-First Approach
We come together to build trust and collaboration, not to transact. Genuine relationships always come before business opportunities.
ABSOLUTELY ZERO Pitching or Selling
Relationship Capital is a no-sell zone. Our core value is to form non-transactional relationships here. Members may not solicit, promote, or pitch their products or services within community spaces. Organic collaborations may emerge—but they must be built on trust, not pressure.
Community Practices
Listen as much as you speak.
Ask questions before offering advice.
Celebrate diversity of thought, culture, and experience.
Respect time: be punctual, prepared, and present.
Take responsibility for impact, not just intention.
Engage with playfulness and creativity—this is a space for joy as well as wisdom.
Grounds for Expulsion
Membership is a privilege, not a right. A member may be removed without refund if they:
Breach confidentiality.
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior.
Violate the no-pitching rule.
Consistently disrupt or disrespect the community.
Act in ways that undermine the values of Relationship Capital.
