About Savannah

Therapist-trained.
Business-fluent.
Order, clarity, and compassion for the chaos.

Savannah Berry Suttle, MAMFT — founder of Relationship Capital and Schema, and the person families call when the business meeting and the family dinner have become the same argument.

A therapist-turned-consultant trained in marriage and family therapy, Savannah works at the intersection of family systems and real-world complexity — including family enterprises, where relational rupture and business operations collide. Her work centers on bringing order to relational chaos: helping people understand what happened, what it will take to repair, and how to move forward with grace, realism, and integrity.

The Shape of the Work

A personal trainer for family systems.

Some consultants hand you a report. Savannah hands you a practice schedule. Her work is closer to a dedicated personal trainer for family systems — or a football coach: drafting the plays, coaching the individuals, and coaching the team as a team — for families who want to grow in relationship, profit, achievement, and quality of life at the same time.

Much of it happens at a whiteboard: diagramming how people actually behave, what the system needs, what has to change, and what a different choreography of the family's dynamics could look like. Nebulous situations, given structure. Options laid out. Roadmaps drawn. Tasks assigned. Milestones celebrated. Relationships improving while the work gets done — not after.

The rules of the game are standard business strategy. The players are people who love each other. That second part changes everything.

Relationship Capital is everything she's learned in that practice, turned into education anyone can access: the courses, the shows, the workbooks, the gatherings.

Why She Built This

So families can hold what they've been given.

The vision is simple to say and generational to do: for people to truly get relationship capital as a concept — so they can build it, maintain it, repair it, and invest in it. For the benefit of now, and the benefit of the generations to come.

Two Hats, Worn Deliberately

Where to find her.

Relationship Capital

The education side — courses, shows, workbooks, events, and the Collective. Open to everyone, built for families in enterprise and the advisors who serve them.

Schema Consulting

The practice — private, direct engagement with a single family or enterprise at a time. Confidential by design, and deliberately separate from everything on this site.
