Our Ethical Framework

Our Ethical Framework

Relationship Capital exists to help multigenerational families in enterprise work — and thrive — together. We equip you with the tools, connections, and shared experiences that make building great things together not only possible, but joyful.

We are not therapists, and we are not here to “fix” you. We are here to:

  • Strengthen relationships in service to your shared vision

  • Help you have less conflict and more alignment

  • Infuse your journey with more sanity, humanity, sustainability, connection, celebration, and joy

Our Approach

We combine three core modalities:

  1. Education – Digital content, workshops, webcasts, and social learning

  2. Immersive Experiences – Curated gatherings, retreats, and events designed to spark insights and conversations that last

  3. Community Building – Cohort programs, dinners, and cross-family collaborations that create genuine, lasting connections

What We’re Not (Why RC Isn’t Group Therapy)

  • We don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions

  • We don’t provide therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention

  • We’re not bound by therapist–client privilege or HIPAA

  • We don’t make business or legal decisions for your family

  • Confidentiality is a community agreement, not a clinical rule

If mental health care is needed, we will encourage and help connect you with licensed professionals.

Membership Standards

  • Vetting & Initiation – All in-person events require approved membership

  • Annual Renewal – An annual check-up ensures continued fit and alignment with RC values

  • Member Conduct – Respectful participation and confidentiality are expected in all RC spaces

  • Event Access – Some events are open to all members; others are invite-only to protect the right energy and mix

Our Commitments to You

  • Safe, inclusive, and engaging environments

  • Curated experiences that balance fun, connection, and meaningful content

  • Tools and frameworks you can actually use in your family and enterprise

  • Respect for your autonomy and the diversity of your perspectives
