  • Part 2: The Relationship Capital Conference

    Friday, November 14th

    8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Columbia Tower Club (701 Fifth Avenue, 76th Floor | Seattle, WA)

We convene in Seattle’s tallest building for the autumn gathering of Relationship Capital — a organization dedicated to reimagining how families, advisors, and enterprises build trust, navigate change, and invest in relationship with resilience.

Hosted inside Seattle’s iconic Columbia Tower Club, this high-altitude gathering blends intelligence, insight, and intimacy. Expect a day that feels less like a conference and more like a guided discovery — equal parts strategy session, family paradigm shifts, and relational engineering.

    Agenda:

8:00 – 8:30 AM: Welcome Coffee & Networking — Step into panoramic views and meet fellow visionaries.

8:30 – 9:00 AM Opening Remarks: What Is Relationship Capital? — Founder Savannah Suttle introduces a new era in family enterprise — where corporate and fiscal resilience is tied back to square one.

9:00 – 9:45 AM The Case for Experiential Design in Family Enterprises — "The only time the family connects is over crisis and conflict!" Or "Every family conference is the same old boring stuff." .... Sound familiar? In this session, we talk about how play, story, and immersive design can unlock growth and resolve friction, in both households and boardrooms. Whether you're a family member or advisor, learn how to cultivate paradigm shifts that feel like FUN instead of dysfunctional.

10:00 – 11:30 AM Family Dynamics 101 — A crash course in understanding generational patterns, communication blocks, and hidden roles that shape success.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Networking Lunch: Lunch provided.

** 12:30 – 1:45 PM Family Offices 101** — A masterclass on the architecture of multi-generational wealth. Learn how and why family offices are built, and how relationship dynamics shape the architecture and flow of wealth. Learn the considerations each family faces in designing for the future. Learn about the ways successful family offices leverage structure, values, purpose, and power to safeguard peace and ensure lasting impact.

** NOTE: For those desiring to work more effectively with family offices, this course is essential. Industry veterans included.

1:45 – 3:00 PM Dynamic Mapping Workshop — Learn practical, visual techniques to stop circular conversations and bring clarity to family systems.

3:00 – 3:30 PM Conversational Best Practices — Closing reflections on how to talk about what truly matters — even when it’s hard.

  • Part 3: The Inaugural Speakeasy Soiree

    FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14th

    7:00PM. – 10:30 PM

4105 Airport Way South, Seattle, WA

    THE NIGHT THE CITY REMEMBERS

Ladies and gentlemen, founders and dreamers, heirs and mischief-makers —

    This is it!

The night when the lights go low, the laughter goes high,

and the idea of “legacy” stops being polite and starts being alive.

Welcome to The Speakeasy Soirée — the flagship celebration of Relationship Capital,

where the dress code is black tie, the conversation is fearless,

and the only thing off-limits is being fake.

This isn’t a gala. It’s a sociological experiment in sequins.

It’s an evening for people who build empires, break patterns,

and understand that connection — real, electric, unfiltered connection —

    is the ultimate inheritance.

    THE RUN OF THE NIGHT

    • 6:30 PM The Doors Open.

    • 7:00 PM — MYSTERY prefers the punctual. Be here.

    • 7:45 PM The Show Begins.

    • 9:00 PM Enter the Playground.

    • 10:15 PM The Last Toast.

Food: Drinks, apps & hors d’oeuvres provided.

Dress Code: Black tie, ballgowns, but make it human. Think confidence, not conformity. Fabulous or bust.

Why you’re receiving this:

Your advisor (and friend) thought of you because of the work you’re doing — and the family you’re growing.

They’re part of the exclusive group of advisors trusted by Savannah Suttle, Founder of the Relationship Capital community, a movement that helps families in enterprise and their advisors strengthen the relational foundations that make legacy last.

They wanted you to know about this conference because it’s not just another business event. It’s a space designed to spark honest conversations, new ideas, and better connection between the people who shape family enterprises across generations.

What Is Relationship Capital?

Relationship Capital is a movement to champion connection, vibrance, and resilience for families of enterprise — through gatherings that are safe, engaging, playful, and transformational.

We bring together family leaders, next-gens, and their trusted advisors to explore what it means to relate well, steward legacy with laughter, and create impact without losing each other (or themselves) in the process.

Our gatherings are 100% pitch-free zones, designed for curiosity, candor, and genuine relationship.

What to expect

  • High-signal conversations that go beyond business headlines — about communication, identity, trust, and decision-making in family enterprises

    • Intimate, curated networking with other families and advisors navigating similar crossroads

    • Playful and artful experiences that reconnect people to purpose, each other, and what matters most

It’s not a conference or event you attend — it’s one you experience.

    • Family enterprise leaders and next-generation leaders/successors

    • Members of family offices and entrepreneurial families

    • Advisors and ecosystem partners who serve ultra-high-net-worth families with a values-based approach

If you value curiosity, integrity, and real human connection — you’ll fit right in.

  • Relationship Capital exists because wealth alone doesn’t sustain multigenerational legacy — relationships do.

Joining us is an investment not just in your enterprise, but in the fabric that holds it together.

    Come curious. Leave connected.
