Hey, hot stuff!

You are cordially invited to an extraordinary gathering at the edge of imagination and enterprise — the official launch of Relationship Capital (Nov. 14) and its secret inner circle, Family Circus (Nov. 13).

Join us for a long weekend of curated wonder in Seattle — where conversation becomes theatre, laughter becomes learning, and connection becomes art.

Your journey begins Thursday, November 13, with an immersive Family Circus experience inside Bootleg County — a fictional prohibition-era town full of scandal, schemes, and emotional bootlegging.

Continue into Friday’s Relationship Capital Kickoff Conference, where we’ll reveal the platform shaping the future of family enterprise, followed by The Speakeasy Soirée, a black-tie affair of glamour and chaos.

Stay the weekend for art, adventure, and a touch of Pacific Northwest magic — from Pike Place Market to the Cascade Mountains — and conclude on Monday evening with an invite-only gathering for tech innovators (Nov 17): a private summit on the future of AI governance, cybersecurity, and nearshoring, featuring global leaders redefining the future of work.

  • Part 2: The Relationship Capital Kickoff Conference

    Friday, November 14th

    8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Columbia Tower Club (701 Fifth Avenue, 76th Floor | Seattle, WA)

After Family Circus, we convene in Seattle’s tallest building for the official launch of Relationship Capital — a new organization dedicated to reimagining how families, advisors, and enterprises build trust, navigate change, and invest in relationship with resilience.

Hosted inside Seattle’s iconic Columbia Tower Club, this high-altitude gathering blends intelligence, insight, and intimacy. Expect a day that feels less like a conference and more like a guided discovery — equal parts strategy session, family paradigm shifts, and relational engineering.

    Agenda:

8:00 – 8:30 AM: Welcome Coffee & Networking — Step into panoramic views and meet fellow visionaries.

8:30 – 9:00 AM Opening Remarks: What Is Relationship Capital? — Founder Savannah Suttle introduces a new era in family enterprise — where corporate and fiscal resilience is tied back to square one.

9:00 – 9:45 AM The Case for Experiential Design in Family Enterprises — Explore how play, story, and immersive design can unlock growth and resolve friction, in both households and boardrooms.

10:00 – 11:30 AM Family Dynamics 101 — A crash course in understanding generational patterns, communication blocks, and hidden roles that shape success.

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Networking Lunch: Lunch provided.

1:00 – 2:00 PM Family Offices 101 — A masterclass on the architecture of legacy: structure, purpose, and power within modern family offices.

2:15 – 3:30 PM Dynamic Mapping Workshop — Learn practical, visual tools to stop circular conversations and bring clarity to family systems.

3:30 – 4:00 PM Conversational Best Practices — Closing reflections on how to talk about what truly matters — even when it’s hard.

  • Part 3: The Inaugural Speakeasy Soiree

    FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14th

    6:30 – 10:30 PM

4105 Airport Way South, Seattle, WA

    THE NIGHT THE CITY REMEMBERS

Ladies and gentlemen, founders and dreamers, heirs and mischief-makers —

    This is it!

The night when the lights go low, the laughter goes high,

and the idea of “legacy” stops being polite and starts being alive.

Welcome to The Speakeasy Soirée — the flagship celebration of Relationship Capital,

where the dress code is black tie, the conversation is fearless,

and the only thing off-limits is being fake.

This isn’t a gala. It’s a sociological experiment in sequins.

It’s an evening for people who build empires, break patterns,

and understand that connection — real, electric, unfiltered connection —

    is the ultimate inheritance.

    THE RUN OF THE NIGHT

    • 6:30 PM The Doors Open.

    • 7:45 PM The Show Begins.

    • 8:45 PM Golden Tickets.

    • 9:00 PM Enter the Playground.

    • 10:15 PM The Last Toast.

Food: Drinks, apps & hors d’oeuvres provided.

Dress Code: Black tie, ballgowns, but make it human. Think confidence, not conformity. Fabulous or bust.

FAQs

Where should I stay?

  • Option 1: Group Airbnbs — Join a curated house of fellow guests. Savannah will match personalities for maximum chemistry (non-romantic, promise). RSVP by Oct 24 to be matched.

  • Option 2: Hotel Block — Reserved rooms available downtown (details shared upon RSVP).

Is there a cost to attend?

  • Nope. Consider this your founding membership gift from Savannah. Love you!

Can I bring a plus one?

  • Maybe! Ask Savannah for approval — it depends on the person (relevance/personality fit), available capacity, and your own credibility. You’re responsible for any guests. If they get kicked out, so do you.

  • Why would someone get kicked out of an event?

    • They’re pitching (this is a zero pitching zone, all weekend)

    • They are inappropriate, sexist, racist, assinine, uncouth, derogatory, demeaning, or otherwise socially/emotionally boorish/underdevelloped. We expect mental/emotional gymnasts here. Be competent or don’t come.

    • All the other reasons you’d expect.

What should I pack?

  • Glamour, curiosity, and comfortable shoes. Also, prep for cold weather.

Weekend Plans:
